These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of glowbite.us (the “Site”) and your purchase of Glowbite products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Glowbite is operated by Glowbite Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal address in California, USA. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Glowbite Inc.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use Glowbite products. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use. Glowbite is a dietary supplement and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, change prices, and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund any amount already charged.

Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you selected (every 30 or 60 days) until you cancel. You can skip, pause, change cadence, or cancel at any time from your account page — no phone call required. We will never auto-charge after you cancel.

We will email you at least three days before each subscription order ships so you can make changes. If a charge fails, we will retry twice and then pause the subscription.

We offer a 90-day happiness guarantee. If, within 90 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with Glowbite, email hello@glowbite.us with your order number for a full refund of the purchase price. You don't need to return the product. The guarantee applies once per customer.

For damaged or incorrect shipments, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will replace it.

Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Glowbite is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It does not replace sunscreen, a balanced diet, or medical care.

Content on the Site — including articles, the science page, and the quiz — is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting any supplement.

The Site, including text, photos, illustrations, logos, and the “Glowbite” word mark, is owned by Glowbite Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share, link, and quote for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish our content or use our marks without written permission.

When you submit a review, comment, or photo, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share, and use that content in connection with Glowbite marketing. You keep ownership of your content.

We do not fabricate reviews. We do not suppress negative reviews. We will not pay for fake endorsements. If a review appears without a disclosure and was incentivized, that is a mistake — please email us and we will correct it.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, no spam, no attempting to breach security, no impersonation, no illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowbite Inc.'s total liability arising out of or related to your purchase or use of Glowbite products or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including gross negligence and fraud).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. If you reside in a jurisdiction that gives you local consumer rights, those rights are preserved.

We may update these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. If the change is material, we will notify customers via email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Site or our products after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
