Seven actives.
The whole label.
The formula with real doses and sources, why it takes 8–12 weeks, who should skip it, and the Supplement Facts panel exactly as printed on the pouch.
The formula
Seven actives. Every source listed.
No proprietary blend, nothing rounded up. This is the label, with the amount printed next to each one.
A deep-red carotenoid studied for its antioxidant activity, from microalgae rather than a lab.
The pigment that makes tomatoes red is the same one researchers keep linking to skin's natural sun resilience.
Antioxidant cofactor your skin uses to build collagen.
The same niacinamide in your serum. Supports skin barrier and evenness from the inside.
Trace mineral supporting the enzymes skin uses under oxidative stress.
Supports skin cell turnover and that healthy-looking, lit-from-within finish.

For the days you don't see the sun. Supports immune + skin health.

Vitamin A and vitamin D3 are both above the daily value, so their amounts are printed where an amount belongs — on the Supplement Facts panel. Other ingredients: natural stevia, organic tapioca, water pectin, sodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid, malic acid, natural fruit flavor.
How it works
Gradual, from the inside, and only with a dose.
Three things that follow from the mechanism — including the one it cannot do.
It accumulates in skin tissue.
Carotenoids are fat-soluble. Taken daily they travel in the bloodstream and settle into skin tissue everywhere at once, rather than acting on contact. That build-up is gradual, which is why the marker is 8–12 weeks of daily use and not next Tuesday.
A cream cannot do this job.
A serum works where you put it, including none of the places you forget. This works from the inside, which is the whole reason it is something you swallow. It is still not a sunscreen — it does not block UV, and it never will. Two different jobs. Do both.
A real dose is the argument.
Most beauty gummies use 2–4 mg of astaxanthin. This is 30 mg, alongside 50 mg of lycopene, printed on the label instead of hidden inside a blend. One gummy a day, 30 per pouch, 30 days.
One gummy a day
Most carotenoid doses are too small to matter.
This one isn’t.
One gummy, with lycopene 50 mg alongside it. Alongside your SPF, never instead of it. This is a dietary supplement, not a sunscreen.

Fat-soluble by nature
Astaxanthin and lycopene are carotenoids — they dissolve in fat, not water. That is why the instruction is to take it with breakfast rather than on an empty stomach: food is what carries them in.
It accumulates in tissue
Carotenoids build up in skin gradually over 8–12 weeks. Nothing about this works on the day you take it, and the timeline says so plainly rather than implying otherwise.
Who should skip it
Glowbite isn’t for everyone.
We would rather you skip it than take it when you shouldn't. If any of these apply, talk to a qualified clinician before you start.
You're under 18.
Glowbite is formulated for adults. If you're 15–17 and curious, please loop in a parent and your pediatrician before starting any supplement.
You're pregnant or nursing.
High-dose vitamin A (even as beta carotene) and certain vitamins should be managed by your OB. Please check with them before adding Glowbite.
You take photosensitizing medication.
Tetracyclines, certain retinoids, and a handful of antifungals can make skin UV-reactive. Don't rely on any supplement to counter that — talk to your prescriber.
You're on blood thinners, statins, or immunosuppressants.
Some carotenoids and D3 can theoretically modulate absorption or activity of these drugs. A 2-minute conversation with your prescriber is worth it.
You're a current heavy smoker.
Two large trials in heavy-smoker cohorts raised concerns about high-dose beta carotene. Please discuss with your doctor before adding a beta-carotene supplement.
You have hemochromatosis, Wilson's disease, or a kidney condition.
Iron/copper/mineral balance matters here. Get clinician sign-off before starting any daily supplement.
You already take a multivitamin with the same nutrients.
Vitamin A and vitamin D3 in Glowbite are both above the daily value. Sum your total daily intake across every supplement you take to stay within safe ranges — the exact amounts are on the Supplement Facts panel below.
What the pouch actually says
The seals we have, and nothing past them.
Where it's made, what's printed on the front of the pouch, and where our claim stops.
Made in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility. Made in the USA.
Vegan and gluten-free. Set with pectin, not gelatin — so there is no animal product in it at all.
